The Mesquite Metro Airport is located approximately 13 miles to the east of downtown Dallas. Known by the FAA as a general aviation reliever airport, it provides a safe, efficient and environmentally sensitive air transportation facility appropriate to the needs of the community.
The Mesquite Metro Airport is seeking a part-time, Line Services Technician to perform a variety of general maintenance tasks such as fueling aircraft for airport customers; minor maintenance on airport equipment, vehicles, buildings, grounds, ramps and hangers; and to perform a variety of customer service tasks such as accepting cash and issuing change, and responding to and directing inquiries from customers.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Requires six (6) months of experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment. Experience with building maintenance, aircraft fueling and working in an airport is desired.
- Must possess a valid Class C Texas driver's license.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule of evenings and weekends, 24 hours per week.
